The facilities are in extremely poor condition. The stairs are apparently not functional as they are blocked off. The outside was filthy - cigarette butts everywhere, trash, etc and looked like it was obviously neglected. And if the outside isn't maintained, it makes me wonder about the inside. It was decent - burned out lightbulbs, chipped and peeling paint in the restroom. There was minimal hot water in the morning..... would NOT use this facility or recommend it in the future.
