My room was not cleaned during my stay or my bed as not made up, my room service tray stayed in from of my door for the majority of the next day. When i first entered the hotel, the service was not all acceptable with the staff allocating me to a room that did not meet my requirements.

Unfortunately, my stay was not very pleasant. The soap dispenser was empty when I arrived, and the iron in the room was broken. When I requested a replacement, the new one they brought was also not working. I hope the hotel improves its maintenance and checks the room equipment before guests arrive.
