Why this hotel insists on offering either white bread products or whole wheat, I cannot comprehend. Many people are allergic to whole wheat and gluten, but multi-grain is a much safer choice. Every hotel guest enjoys breakfast. The essential decision they have to make to prove that they care about the experience of their guests is the simple change from whole wheat to multi-grain. The management staff should be more diligent to ensure that the food choices are to enhance the experience of the guests. The muffins were much better, fresh or close to fresh.
