Location to haram was ideal as the hotel is situated at a 5 mins walk from Gate 79 (the Umrah Gate). The staff was very accommodating to any of our needs (water, room cleanings, etc.), arriving at a moments notice. We developed a good relationship with room service. Furthermore, the administration was more lenient with their checkout policy given that we also had children. Top notch service.
