We had very bad experience with this hotel. Check in was a problem to start. The staff were not honest with us about the elevator not working. They put us in the fourth floor and the whole time we had to walk the stairs back and forth. Up till now the elevator is still not working. Breakfast was cold each day and we had to ask them to warm up our food. Poor management at fault period. We travel a bit and this hotel is the worst place we had to stay so far. We want them to refund some of our money back..

The hotel is clean, aircon is working, The shower heater is not working but they transferred us to a new room. Also it did brownout but the hotel has a generator. I like it! Location is quite far from the highway but there is trycicle or you can just walk, Will be staying here again
