1. The first room we were given had bed bugs. We found two bugs well-fed with blood. When we told the gentleman in the front desk, he was very nice and changed the room for us. Problem solved. 2. The shared toilets was also a negative surprise since it is first time we don’t have a private toilet in a three star hotel.
