Highly recommended hotel in Cherrapunji! The hospitality and service were excellent. The room was clean and comfortable, and they thoughtfully provided an extra blanket and a heater. We had an early flight from Shillong and faced issues arranging a cab after our booking was cancelled, but the staff went out of their way to help us secure one at the last minute. They even arranged a packed breakfast for our journey to Shillong airport, which was a lovely and thoughtful gesture. Truly grateful for their support—would definitely stay here again if given the chance.
